(5)每年度舉辦至少一場次有關如何爭取資源、如何利用資源說明會並且輔導聯盟會員結合產學營運及創新育成中心研提適切的補助計畫
(6)推薦聯盟成員不定期參與國際專業展或是講座活動
(7)每年配合產學營運暨推廣教育處辦理三創競賽以及產業議題松工坊
(8)每年提供東部生物經濟中心先導工廠相關實驗室開放參訪活動至少一次
(9)每年舉辦一次年度成果展活動或是年度亮點聯盟會員經驗分享演講
